Beech Trail Expansion!
Over the past six weeks we have revitalized and developed roughly 5 miles of new trail in the Emerald Outback which also connects via a 1/2 mile connector trail to the West Bowl loop. All of this is going to be part of the new Beech Mountain Adventure Trail Park for hiking, biking, running, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing use. Lend a hand by helping us on regular trail work days Thursday evenings at 5:30 beginning May 6th and Saturday’s at 4pm. For details on when and where we are meeting please call 387-3003. We need your help on the trails! Also, Community Trail Work Day at Buckeye Recreation Center on Thursday, May 6th, 2010 from 8:30 p.m. until 12:30 p.m. Hope to see you there!
